Owner, John De Lay, has been in the restaurant business over 50 years but his real passion is in getting to know his customers.
The charm of Pegasus is that it looks and feels almost like home when you walk through the door. We want our guests to have a uniquely pleasant experience in our 5000 SQ. ft. space. Depending upon the weather, our patrons may choose to dine on our private courtyard.
The fireplace in our cozy bar is surrounded by a multi-tiered dining area offering a unique experience. Our large soapstone bar comfortably seats multiple guests where we offer a large selection of signature cocktails.
About The Food
Pegasus' mission is simple — provide an incredible selection of food that's made fresh and priced right. We feature some great dishes from around the globe. Everything from great American staples, Greek classics and Mexican-inspired entrees, all served by the Torres family brothers. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or brunch we are sure to have something everyone can enjoy.
