About The Owners

Owner, John De Lay, has been in the restaurant business over 40 years but his real passion is in getting to know his customers. 

The charm of Pegasus is that it looks and feels almost like home when you walk through the door. We want our guest to have a uniquely pleasant experience in over 5000 SQ. Ft. space. With that in mind the restaurant provides a beautiful private courtyard for outdoor dining and an enclosed conference room for meetings and large parties. 

Our large soapstone bar can comfortably seat multiple guests where we offer a large selection of signature cocktails.

The backroom boast a fireplace and a multi -tiered design to provide a more intimate dining experience.

Pegasus' mission is simple, to provide an incredible selection of food that's made fresh and priced right. We feature some great dishes from around the globe. Everything from great American staples, Greek favorites and Mexican inspired entrees all served by a diverse team of talented chefs. Whether is breakfast, lunch or brunch we are sure to have something everyone can enjoy.
