At Pegasus we love variety, and the taste of different cultures. We serve an eclectic menu with great American staples, Greek favorites and Mexican inspired dishes made from scratch from the Torres Brothers (since 1984).

About The Owners
Owner, John De Lay, has been in the restaurant business over 49 years but his real passion is in getting to know his customers.
The charm of Pegasus is that it looks and feels almost like home when you walk through the door. We want our guests to have a uniquely pleasant experience in our 5000 SQ. ft. space. With that in mind, the restaurant provides a beautiful private courtyard for outdoor dining.
Our large soapstone bar can comfortably seat multiple guests where we offer a large selection of signature cocktails.
The backroom hosts a fireplace and a multi-tiered design to provide a more intimate dining experience.

Pegasus' mission is simple, to provide an incredible selection of food that's made fresh and priced right. We feature some great dishes from around the globe. Everything from great American staples, Greek favorites and Mexican inspired entrees all served by the Torres family brothers. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or brunch we are sure to have something everyone can enjoy.
